Absolutely excellent. Anything people have complained about in previous posts, e.g. could not operate A/C, no brush and shovel, did not apply - they must have listened to all complaints. Had everything I needed and was in an EXCELLENT location in South Beach such that I walked a few minutes almost everywhere. Like if I was Ubering from downtown to a nightclub in South Beach I could just Uber to my place, freshen up then walk to the nightclub. I loved just going in with the code and not dealing with reception. Rooms were just like the pictures, but a slightly different configuration - instead of an armchair and small table, the room was a little smaller but there was a big cupboard/wardrobe instead of just a hanging rack. It had all the advertised furniture and appliances in the picture except for that chair and small table. But this place had thought of everything: fan, lots of different lights, great A/C/heating, great hot shower, toiletries, lots of room to put stuff on sink, comfortable bed, four pillows, could not fault it at all. Oh and all the people complaining that they didn't get the room cleaned every day - are they nuts? It's written right there, it's not a hotel. I don't like to be bothered when I'm jetlagged anyway. It was a giant roll of toilet paper, plenty of room in the bins, and I'm not that disgusting that I need my bed made every day. And there are bins right outside you can empty your bins into if you want to and they provide bin bags and a broom, and paper towel.

It was really close to the beach, also they stored out luggages after checking out. The room was fine, we had microwave, fridge and some plates, forks etc. The ac is really good and the walls are really creative outside of the room. I would recommend it for sure! No deposit needed and all the taxes included. They have elevator as well!

The art fits the art deco center,very trendy n hip on walls. My patio looked over 11th and Collins,with a cute intime patio table/chair. The king suite layout was nice spacious and comfortable. Great room for the price. The entrance is kinda hidden and I love that with security doors. Jeremy customer service was a breath of fresh air. He helped with my luggage,worked with me about early check in. The ac was working so I’ve considered it was 95 degrees.

Comfortable bed, efficient check in/out, fans, air conditioning, relatively clean, basic equipment with cutlery, plates, paper towels, strong wifi, microwave and fridge in room, balcony, very close to the beach and easy access to and from the airport.

Location is great. Wifi is fast it is a plus. This time room was spacious and comfortable.
